SCISSORS Pet nail trimmers and Mayo Surgical Scissors. Use the nail trimmers on nails and beaks. Snip only the very tip, or it may lead to bleeding. Mayo Surgical Scissors are useful for trimming such things as a torn chicken comb. Remember to apply Betadine (iodine) after snipping. These scissors are not always necessary, but can come in very handy. |
